We are seeking a dedicated Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload from intake through settlement or trial while working alongside seasoned professionals who are committed to mentoring and collaboration. Handle personal injury cases from intake through resolution or trial
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare discovery
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
Attend depositions, mediations, and court hearings
Communicate consistently with clients to provide updates and guidance
Collaborate with support staff and other attorneys to ensure strong case outcomes
JD from an accredited law school and active Ohio Bar license
Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury law
Strong litigation and negotiation skills
Exceptional client communication and case management abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
