A growing advisory, consulting, and accounting firm with multiple Pennsylvania locations is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join the team in its Philadelphia office. About the Opportunity:
This is a high-impact role offering exposure to a broad range of tax services, including corporate tax strategy, compliance, and advisory for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. The Tax Manager will lead, mentor, and develop staff while playing a key role in client management and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage tax engagements from planning through completion
Provide strategic tax guidance for corporations and high-net-worth individuals
Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff
Stay current with federal and state tax laws to ensure client compliance and planning
Foster strong client relationships and identify new opportunities for growth
Collaborate on firmwide business development initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's in Taxation preferred
CPA license or JD required
Minimum 8 years of recent public accounting tax experience
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Experience at a national or regional firm is a plus
