Design and analyze structural systems for new single-family homes, additions, and renovations.
Prepare construction documents, specifications, and calculations.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure structural integrity and code compliance.
Manage multiple projects from concept through construction, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Conduct site visits and inspections as needed.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas or other states.
Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, specifically in residential or single-family housing.
Proven experience in project management including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
Proficiency with structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, RISA, or similar).
Strong understanding of local building codes and construction methods
