Salary: $120k-$160k DOE

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controls Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for various industrial applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize control processes and ensure the efficient operation of automated equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop control systems for industrial automation projects.
Program PLCs and HMIs to ensure seamless operation of machinery.
Integrate robotics solutions into existing systems and machinery.
Conduct electrical engineering analysis and troubleshooting for complex control systems.
Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineering teams to enhance system performance.
Utilize CAD software for designing control system layouts and schematics.
Conduct tests and evaluations of control systems to ensure compliance with specifications.
Implement vision systems and automation solutions for improved efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in controls engineering or a similar role.
Proficient in PLC programming and HMI design.
Strong understanding of industrial automation and control system design.
Experience with robotics and integration of automated systems.
Familiarity with pneumatics, servos, and mechanical engineering concepts is a plus.
Knowledge of MathCAD, ANSYS, and FEA for system analysis and design is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
