Position Overview

This position requires 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate matters, including handling acquisitions and dispositions of properties from contract negotiation through due diligence review and closing, general real estate development, and representing lenders in real estate secured transactions and managing complex engagements in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on various real estate matters including transactions, financing, acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
Represent clients in real estate disputes and negotiations.
Draft and review legal documents related to real estate transactions.
Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to ensure comprehensive legal services.

Qualifications

Partner level experience bringing in new business
5+ years of experience in Florida real estate law
Strong understanding of Florida real estate laws and regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
