Manufacturing Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to optimize and enhance our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their engineering expertise to drive efficiency, improve product quality, and implement innovative solutions to manufacturing challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate defects in manufacturing processes.
  • Create and analyze CAD models for new and existing products.
  • Implement automation and robotics solutions to streamline operations.
  • Conduct quality control assessments and develop strategies to ensure product compliance with ISO standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production planning and resource allocation.
  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for manufacturing issues.
  • Manage projects related to process improvement and equipment upgrades, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Utilize statistical analysis to monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Six Sigma principles and process improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and design tools.
  • Familiarity with automation and robotics technologies.
  • Experience with quality control processes and ISO standards.
  • Understanding of materials engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Salary - $85,000 - $95,000
